Jun. 18, 5:02 PM, The white seabass bite off Newport and Huntington fizzled out after two good days thurs and friday.....Catalina turned on and the seabass bit in the dark on the backside...6/18

Jun. 16, 5:05 PM, A very similar report to yesterday.......a few seabass at Catalina......a mixed school of barracuda from La Jolla all the way past Long Beach.......coastal bass fair to good.......not much else 6/16

Jun. 15, 6:53 PM, There is still a bit of a barracuda bite off the flats and Horse Shoe Kelp.......but the bite has slid down to Newport and Laguna........also seabass at Catalina complete hit and miss.....one boat scores and the one next to them skunks 6/15

Jun. 14, 3:48 PM, The conditions are excellent all week for seabass fishing. Expecting to see big numbers in the fish counts. Their still reporting barracuda on the flat, but their not biting. Maybe tomorrow.. 06/14

Jun. 13, 11:16 AM, The water conditions are getting better with the water temps going up a degree or two along the coast..Seabass were rather quite today with a few barracuda being caught along the coast line. 06/13
